I'd argue that both arm guy and door guy in this case are douchebags. Sticking the arm in is more often than not going to get you inside. Can't fault arm guy much for the attempt; he gave it a shot. His mistake was not giving up when he realized that door-guy was gonna be a hardass. Door-guy, on the other hand, is a douchebag for going on a power trip and holding up the train for 10 minutes just to try to teach one guy a lesson. If I was going to fault one or the other here though I'd be leaning toward door guy. He's the one whose job it is to be concerned about the rest of the passengers. Pretty obvious he took it upon himself to teach arm guy a lesson and disregarded everyone else on the train.
