I came across this video and just had to share it. The reporter seems like she really is unhappy riding the subway, maybe she needs to try the bus. There is a lot of focus on homeless people but I rarely see any homeless on the subway anymore. She says things like "they don’t want to touch their stupid back", etc. It also looks like she stayed on one line the entire time and didn’t get a good variety of etiquette tips from multiple lines.

She is right about a few things… walk on the right on the staircases, and don’t hog the door area. And I will add one… get your kids off the seat when a paying customer wants to sit.
