My Favorite Sign From London

On my last trip to London (way too long ago), I found the sign below. Not sure what it means but you can’t tell me it’s not the perfect sign for someone in your life. It was raining very hard that day so I couldn’t walk to try to see what priorities were changed ahead but I assume it must have been important!

   It’s simple – the junction in front has been altered so that drivers now have to give way to a different stream of cars.
